Finally, schools in Japan focus too much on the memorization not on creativity.Entrance examinations have a negative effect on the college experience.Students learn how to pass tests, but not how to think on their own.

In summary, lenient academic standards, inappropriate subjects, and too much focus on memorization are disrupting the students' preparation for work.Therefore, it stands to reason that college education in Japan should be reformed so that it can meet the business needs.

There have been a lot of discussions and debates about the effects of the lifetime employment of Japan.I believe that lifetime employment system is still relevant, because it increases worker's motivation, loyalty, and their quality of life.
